Tile and grout cleaning for porcelain, ceramic, and suitable natural stone floors in Estero.
Large-format porcelain and ceramic tile can show soil and residue, especially along grout lines.
Our approach: We inspect the floor, pre-treat suitable surfaces, agitate where needed, and use truck-mounted hot-water extraction to rinse away loosened soil. The appearance after cleaning depends on the tile, grout, and condition of the surface.
We clean suitable natural stone surfaces using a method chosen after inspecting the material and its condition.
Stone care: Cleaning can remove soil, but it cannot repair etching or restore a worn finish. We do not provide honing or polishing.
Optional sealing: Where appropriate, a clear penetrating sealer can help resist future staining. It cannot prevent every stain or change the stone color.
Dark or uneven grout may improve with professional cleaning, depending on its condition and whether discoloration is permanent.
Cleaning: We choose a method suited to the tile and grout. Damaged grout or permanent staining may remain after cleaning.
Optional clear sealer: Where appropriate, we can apply a clear penetrating sealer after cleaning to help resist future staining. It does not change grout color or make grout waterproof.
